Decades Project
Project Guidelines
Each student will create a website page that contains all the necessary information about their chosen decade. The requirements are simple:
- Title that contains their decade so that we know what information we are going to learn about.
- Use the "Title Text" element to create your blocks of information. Each topic area should cover a minimum of 5 different "stories or elements."
- Make sure that you insert at least 1 picture and corresponding description for each block of information. Use the "Paragraph with Picture" element to display your image and its description.
- Don't forget to use the "Paragraph" element after each block of information or element to display the corresponding citation information that tells us where you got your information.
- You should cover at least the following topics: Top news stories of the decade, fashion of the decade, music of the decade, fads or trends of the decade, top people of the decade, technological advances of the decade, greatest accomplishments of the decade, greatest challenges of the decade, most popular toys of the decade, and finally the most popular food or candy of the decade.
- Finally, use the "Title Text" element to write a 10 to 15 sentence essay that outlines what you learned or found most interesting while doing this project. Use complete and meaningful sentences.
